الإبداع و الإبتكار في تطبيقات المسؤولية الإجتماعية - في ظل جائحة كوفيد- 19 -

Résumé: I. الملخص بالعربية : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الروابط بين مفهوم اﻹبداع و الابتكار كأحد الطرق التي تكسب المنظمة أفضلية تنافسية و مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تعبر عن مساهمة المنظمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، فالمنظمات التي تكون غير قادرة على توليد الحلول الإبداعية و الإبتكارية لمعالجة الضغوط و المشكلات التي تواجهها سوف تتعرض في النهاية إلى خطر الزوال و الفناء . و كون هذه الدراسة تأتي في وقت لا تزال فيه جائحة كوفيد-19 مستفحلة عرضنا إلى تبيان التجربة الجزائرية في مواجهة الجائحة من خلال المبادرات التي انتهجتها بعض مؤسساتها في إطار تحقيقها لمسؤوليتها الإجتماعية للتخفيف من آثار الجائحة . الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، اﻹبداع و الابتكار،التجربة الجزائرية في مواجهة جائحة كوفيد-19. I. ABSTRACT: This research paper aims to highlight the links between the concept of creativity and innovation as one of the ways in which the organization gains a competitive advantage and the concept of social responsibility that expresses the organization’s contribution to achieving sustainable development . Organization that are unable to generate creative and innovative solution to address the pressures and problems they face you will eventually be in danger of extinction and and annihilation. And since this study comes at the time when the Covid-19 pandemic is still rampant, we offered to clarify the Algerian experience in facing the pandemic through the initiatives that some of its institutions have pursued in the framwork of their realization of their social responsibility to mitigate the effects of the crisis.
