مساهمة الثقافة التنظيمية بأبعادها (البعد التنظيمي، البعد الإنساني) في تحقيق تماسك فريق العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية -دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة نفطال – تيارت-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على معرفة علاقة الثقافة التنظيمية ببعديها التنظيمي و الإنساني و مساهامتها في التنبؤ بتماسك فريق العمل لدى عمال مؤسسة نفطال تيارت بمختلف فئاتهم، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استخدام استبيانين (الثقافة التنظيمية، تماسك فريق العمل) تم إخضاعهما لدراسة سيكومترية تحققت فيها شروط الصدق والثبات، طبقا على عينة مكونة من (140) عامل وعاملة. وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة أسفرت النتائج التي نوقشت في ضوء فروض الدراسة ونتائج الدراسات السابقة على مايلي: وجود ارتباط دال احصائيا بين الثقافة التنظيمية بأبعادها (البعد التنظيمي، البعد الإنساني) و تماسك فريق العمل. هناك مساهمة للبعد الإنساني في التنبؤ بتماسك فريق العمل وعدم وجود مساهمة للبعد التنظيمي. Abstract: The current study aimed to explore the relationship between organizational culture and its two dimensions: organizational and human, and their contribution to predicting team cohesion among workers at the Naftal Tiaret Institution from various categories. A descriptive approach was adopted, utilizing two questionnaires (organizational culture and team cohesion) that underwent psychometric analysis, ensuring validity and reliability. The study was conducted on a sample of 140 male and female employees. After applying appropriate statistical methods, the results, which were discussed in light of the study's hypotheses and previous research findings, revealed the following: There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational culture and its dimensions (organizational and human) and team cohesion. The human dimension contributes to predicting team cohesion, while the organizational dimension does not.
