التأصيل النظري لنظام الفجوات في تقييم جودة الخدمات الفندقية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم الإطار النظري لجودة الخدمة الفندقية وأساليب تقييمها، حيث تعد جودة الخدمة الفندقية من أهم العناصر التي تعمل على تعزيز النشاط الفندقي والسياحي بشكل عام. نظام الفجوات وتقييم الأداء يعد مهم الأساليب المستعملة في قياس وتقييم جودة الخدمات، وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لوضع الأطر النظرية لبناء قاعدة علمية مضافة للبحث في هذا المجال. This study aims to provide the theoretical framework for the quality of hotel service and methods of its evaluation, where the quality of hotel service is one of the most important elements that work to enhance hotel and tourism activity in general. The system of gaps and performance evaluation is important to the methods used in measuring and evaluating the quality of services and accordingly this study came to develop Theoretical frameworks to build an additional scientific base for research in this field.
