Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة أساسا إلى تحديد دور قطاع النقل في تحسين التنمية المحلية بولاية تيبازة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع القطاع في الجزائر عموما وفي ولاية تيبازة على وجه الخصوص. بالإضافة إلى معرفة الأدوار التنموية المحتمل أن يساهم قطاع النقل في تحسينها. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إضافة إلى أداة المقابلة مع بعض موظفي مديرية النقل للولاية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وسائل النقل في ولاية تيبازة تلبي الحد الأدنى من متطلبات الأفراد ونقل البضائع، غير أنه يمكن الاستثمار أكثر في وسائل النقل البحرية بتوفير أسطول بحري خاص بنقل المسافرين، لا سيما أن الشريط الساحلي الكبير يوفر إمكانية ذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية: قطاع النقل، التنمية المحلية، ولاية تيبازة. Abstract: This study basically aims to identify the role of the transport sector in improving local development in Tipaza province. It tries to determine the reality of this sector in Algeria in general, and specifically in Tipaza province. Moreover, researchers used the descriptive-analytical method where an interview is conducted with some of the transport directorate employees of the province. Findings show that transportation tools in Tipaza province provide the minimum level of individual and goods transport services. Yet, the investment in this sector could be developed across the shore by providing a naval fleet for passengers. Keywords: Transport Sector, Local Development, Tipaza Province.
