Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر جودة خدمات مطار كريم بلقاسم على رضا المسافرين وتوضيح العلاقة بينهما ،ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم توزيع استبانة على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة مكونة من 100مسافر على مستوى مطار حاسي مسعود الدولي ، وتم استرجاع 69 استبانة قابلة للمعالجة باستخدام برنامج ( spss20 ) إظافة إلى إستخدامنا للمقابلة لمعرفة الخدمات المقدمة في المطار وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى مرتفع لجودة خدمات المطار على رضا المسافرين The aim of this study is to know the impact of the quality of airport services on the satisfaction of passengers and to clarify the relationship between them and to determine which airport services are more effective on the satisfaction of passengers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a survey was distributed to a sample of the study population of 100 passengers at the Hassi Messaoud International Airport. A total of 69 surveys were retrieved and processed using the SPSS20 software, in addition to our use of the interview with an employee of Air Algerie. The study found that there is a high level for both the quality of airport services and the satisfaction of passengers and there is a statistical impact on customer satisfaction
