نظرية أفعال الكلام في قانون الخبر عند ابن وهب

Résumé: لعله يشكل مفهوم الخبر والإنشاء في التراث العربي بابا يتساوى مع ما تعرضه نظرية أفعال الكلام التي عرضها اوستين وطوّرها سيرل، والخبر هو ما قبل الحكم عليه بالصدق أو الكذب، والإنشاء ما لا يقبل ذلك الحكم، وهي الأفكار ذاتها التي بنيت عليها نظرية الفعل الكلامي . فمدار القول إذن يتمحور في الخبر والإنشاء، الأمر الذي اعتمده (ابن وهب) ونحسبه قد اعتمد اعتبارات تداولية، و قسم الكلام إلى خبر وطلب، وجعل لكل قسم من القسمين أغراضًا ومقاصد مستفادة منها، واستناداً إلى أفكار تداولية واستناداً إلى رؤى ذات أفكار تداولية عالج كيفية خروج المعاني إلى معانٍ أخرى تستخلص من السياقات المستعملة فيها Features of acts of speech theory in the “ news “ by Ibn wahb The concept of “ News and expression “ in the arabic heritage .may form a field which equal to what theory of acts of speech . And according to deliberative ideas and visions with deliberative ideas, he treated the way how extract meaning to an other meaning , abstracted from using contexts
