Résumé: Cet article vise à mettre en relief les points forts de l’Approche Communicative en les mettant en relation avec l’approche préconisée par le Cadre Européen Commun de Référence pour les Langues, à savoir la Perspective Actionnelle. Dans un premier temps, nous répondrons à la question de savoir si l’Approche Communicative est en continuité ou en rupture avec la Perspective Actionnelle. Dans un second temps, nous proposerons aux enseignants et décideurs algériens des pistes pédagogiques visant à mettre en œuvre la Perspective Actionnelle dans l’enseignement/apprentissage du français enseigné comme langue étrangère dans le contexte algérien. الملخص : يهدف هذه المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على مواطن القوة للنهج التواصلي لارتباطه بالنهج المعتمد من قبل الإطار الأوروبي المشترك المرجعي للغات، وهو ما يشكل المنظور العملي. في البداية سوف نجيب على السؤال الذي مفاده عمّ إذا كان النهج التواصلي يمثل استمرارية أو قطيعة مع المنظور العملي. ثم نقترح بعد ذلك على المعلمين وواضعي السياسات التعليمية الجزائريين المسارات الهادفة إلى تنفيذ هذا المنظور العملي في تدريس تعلم اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية في السياق الجزائري. Abstract : This article aims to highlight the strengths of the Communicative Approach by putting them in relation to the approach advocated by the European Framework of Reference for Languages, i.e., the action-oriented perspective. As a first step, we will answer the question of whether the Communicative Approach is in continuity or rupture with action-oriented perspective. As a second step, we will propose to the Algerian teachers and decision-makers educational tracks to implement the action-oriented approach in teaching/learning of French taught as a foreign language in the Algerian context.
