فعالية نظام تحفيز العاملين لدى الإدارة العمومية الجزائرية وفق نظرية ماسلو"maslow " للحاجات - دراسة حالة

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة النظام المنتهج لتحفيز العاملين في الإدارات العمومية الجزائرية بناء على مقترحات نظرية ماسلو للحاجات، وذلك بغية الوقوف على مدى فعاليته في ضمان استقرار وتيرة نشاط هذه المصالح من جهة، وتحقيق رضا الموظفين ودفعهم نحو تحسين أدائهم من جهة أخرى. وقد خلص إلى أنه، وفقا لنظرية ماسلو فإن نظام التحفيز في الإدارة العمومية الجزائرية لا يتميز بالمرونة الكافية لإقناع كل الأفراد العاملين فيها، بالرغم من أنّ مقدار الحوافز المقدمة لهم في مستوى تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، إثارة الدافعية، وتوجيه سلوك أفراد الوظيف العمومي. This seeks to study the system implement to motivate employees in the Algerian public administrations. Based on Maslow's theory proposals, this study will test the effectiveness in ensuring the stability and pace of its activity on the one hand, and achieving employees' satisfaction and push them towards improving their performance on the other one. The research has reached the result that according to Maslow's theory, the stimulation system in the Algerian public administrations is not characterized with enough flexibility to convince all working individuals; even though the amount of the incentives provided to them in the level of achievement of job satisfaction, raise motivation, and guide the behavior of members of the public function.
