العدالة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى العمال - دراسة ميدانية بشركة صناعة الاسمنت – زهانة- معسكر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى احساس العمال بالعدالة التنظيمية وكذا الكشف عن العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والدافعية للإنجاز لديهم، ولقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة قدرت بـ: 79 عاملا من شركة صناعة الاسمنت -زهانة – معسكر، وثم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك باستخدام مقياس "نييوف" و"مورمان" للعدالة التنظيمية، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لـ "معمرية بشير"، ولقد تم التوصل الى أن هناك مستوى متوسط من حيث إدراك واحساس العمال بالعدالة التنظيمية، وأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاثة (التوزيعية، الاجرائية، التعاملية) والدافعية للإنجاز لدى عمال شركة صناعة الاسمنت -زهانة – معسكر. الكلمات المفتاحية: العدالة التنظيمية؛ العدالة الاجرائية؛ العدالة التعاملية؛ العدالة التوزيعية؛ الدافعية؛ الدافعية للإنجاز. The objective of this study is the identification of the level employee’s perception to organizational justice and investigate of the relationship between organizational justice and employees’ motivation. 79 employees were used us a sample from the Cement Industry Company at Zahana -Mascara. We followed the analytical descriptive method. The scale of Organizational justice and Motivation to achieve, were used as data collection tools in the study, The results showed that there are a Average level in organizational justice and there are correlation between organizational justice with its three dimensions (distributive, procedural, and interactional) and employee’s motivation .
