The Contribution Of Information Technology In Improving Employees’ Performance Of The Directorate Of Youth And Sports Of The Wilaya Of Biskra

Résumé: : The study aims to identify the contribution of information technology in improving the performance of employees, through a field study at the Youth and Sports Directorate of the Wilaya of Biskra, by highlighting the concept of information technology, its importance and its contribution in improving the performance of employees. This latter is considered a modern way of human resource development. Based on a sample of the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilaya of Biskra, the subject of the study, we adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, relying on the questionnaire form as a research tool. The study concluded that information technology has a role in improving the performance of employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the Wilaya of Biskra. تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء العاملين، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بسكرة، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على مفهوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأهميتها ومساهمتها في تحسين أداء العاملين، باعتبارها أسلوبا حديثا من أساليب تنمية الموارد البشرية، واعتمد الباحثون على عينة من موظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بسكرة محل الدراسة، وانتهجنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي معتمدين على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للبحث، حيث توصلت الدراسة أن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات دور في تحسين أداء العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بسكرة.
