واقع المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بأداء العاملين في وزارة الاقتصاد في محافظة الخليل

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بأداء العاملين في وزارة الاقتصاد في محافظة الخليل، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال تصميم استبانة تألفت من (30) فقرة. بلغ حجم العينة (60) موظف. أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن المناخ التنظيمي في وزارة الاقتصاد كان مرتفعا، كما تبين أن مستوى أداء العاملين جاء مرتفعا. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في واقع المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بأداء العاملين وفق متغيرات: (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي). وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها:( ضرورة إثارة دافعية الموظفين لتنفيذ القرارات من خلال إشراكهم في اتخاذها، ضرورة مساعدة الموظفين على حل مشكلاتهم من خلال منحهم الصلاحية على اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب). Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of the organizational climate and its relationship to the performance of workers in the Ministry of Economy in the Hebron Governorate, and to achieve this goal, a descriptive and analytical approach was used, by designing a questionnaire consisting of (30)paragraphs. The sample size (60) employees. The results of the study indicated that the organizational climate in the Ministry of Economy was high, and the level of employee performance was high. The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the reality of the organizational climate and its relationship to the performance of workers in the Ministry of Economy according to variables: (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and job title). The study came out with several recommendations: (The need to raise the motivation of employees to implement decisions by involving them in their making, the need to help employees solve their problems by giving them the authority to make appropriate decisions at the right time).
