أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على جودة القرار الإداري من وجهة نظر قادة مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة الجوف التعليمية

Résumé: المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل أثر الذكاء الإصطناعي على جودة القرار الإداري من وجهة نظر قادة مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في إدارة الجوف التعليمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) قائدا و قائدة من قيادات المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الجوف للعام الدراسي 2019-2020م، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر عالٍ ذي دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الذكاء الاصطناعي (قدرة الإدارة، سلوك المستخدم، التدريب والتطوير، توفر الخبراء) على جودة القرار الإداري، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير المبحوثين للذكاء الاصطناعي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس والخبرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير المبحوثين لجودة القرار الإداري تعزى إلى متغير الجنس والخبرة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مكاتب الإدارة التعليمية بمفهوم الذكاء الإصطناعي وبعمليتي سلوك المستخدم والتدريب والتطوير، واتخاذ السياسات والإجراءات التي تعمل على زيادة مستوى إدراك العاملين لأهمية الذكاء الإصطناعي من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية للعاملين فيها، كما أوصت بضرورة تحديث وتطوير برامج الذكاء الإصطناعي المستخدمة لتمكين الإدارات المختلفة من اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. The current study aimed to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the quality of the administrative decision from the point of view of high school leaders in the department of Jouf Educational Department in Saudi Arabia, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum, and the sample of the study consisted of (60) male and female principals of secondary schools in Jouf province for the academic year 2019-2020, the study found a high statistically significant effect of the dimensions of artificial intelligence (management ability, behavior's user, training and development, availability of experts) on the quality of administrative decision, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the researchers' appreciation of artificial intelligence due to the variable gender and experience. The study recommended the need for educational management offices to pay attention to the concept of artificial intelligence and the processes of behavior's user, training and development, and to take policies and actions that increase the level of awareness of employees of the importance of artificial intelligence through holding training courses for its employees, and recommended the need to update and develop the artificial intelligence programs used to enable different departments to make appropriate decisions at the right time.
