فاعلية الذات وعلاقتها بدافعية التعلم لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي.

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين فاعلية الذات و الدافعية للتعلم وذلك لدى عينة من تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي بمدينة آفلو، كما سعت الدراسة أيضا إلى معرفة أثر بعض المتغيرات كمتغير الجنس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستعمال أداتين تمثلت الأداة الأولى في مقياس فاعلية الذات من إعداد كل من (Robert Tipton and Everett Worthington)، والأداة الثانية مقياس الدافعية للتعلم من إعداد Ahmed Duqa, Loursi Abdelkader and Gharbi Munia سنة (2007). وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في فاعلية الذات حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدافعية للتعلم حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين فاعلية الذات و الدافعية للتعلم لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between self-efficacy and the motivation to learn about a sample of secondary school students in Aflou. The study also sought to know the effect of certain parameters such as sex. In order to achieve the objectives of the study two criteria were used. The first tool is self-efficacy built by Robert Tipton and Everett Worthington; the second motivational instrument for learning by Ahmed Duqa, Loursi Abdelkader and Gharbi Munia (2007). The study yielded the following results: There are no statistically significant differences in self-efficacy by sex (men, women) , There are no statistically significant differences in motivation for learning according to the sex variable (men, women) , The existence of a correlation between self-efficacy and the motivation to learn in secondary second year.
