أثر العدالة التنظيمية على نية ترك العمل لدى العاملين: دراسة تطبيقية بالمؤسسة الجزائرية للجلود ومشتقاته – وحدة إنتاج جيجل

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي أثر العدالة التنظيمية بمختلف أبعادها ( العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التوزيعية والعدالة التفاعلية) على نية ترك العمل لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة الجزائرية للجلود ومشتقاته وحدة إنتاج جيجل. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات اللازمة من أفراد عينة الدراسة والتي بلغ حجمها 70 عاملا من المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتم معالجة البيانات المجمعة إحصائيا باستحدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للعدالة التنظيمية على نية ترك العمل لدى العاملين، وذلك راجع إلى الأثر الموجود في بعدي العدالة الإجرائية والعدالة التفاعلية، وبناء على النتائج المتوصل إليها تم تقديم جملة من الاقتراحات. This study aimed to investigate the impact of organizational justice in its various dimensions (procedural justice, distributive justice and interactive justice) on the intention to leave work for the employees of the Algerian Leather Corporation and its derivatives, the Jijel production unit. In order to achieve this goal, the researchers used the descriptive approach, in addition to relying on the questionnaire as a main tool to collect the necessary data from the individuals of the study sample, whose size reached 70 workers from the institution under study. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of organizational justice on the intention to leave work among workers, due to the impact of the two dimensions of procedural justice and interactive justice, and based on the results reached, a number of suggestions were presented.
