الاستثمار والشراكة الجزائرية الإفريقية (algerian-african Investment And Partnership)

Résumé: إن ما تزخر به الجزائر من إمكانيات مختلفة والتي تدفع بها للاستثمار في القارة الإفريقية ما تحسد عليه من طرف العديد من الدول، ففي استثمار هذه الموارد يمكن للجزائر الخروج من أزمتها بقليل من الجهد وبأبخس الأثمان، كما تضمن لها حدا أدنى من الخسائر المالية في الدفع بعجلة الاستثمار في القارة الإفريقية والتوسع فيها من خلال إطلاق أسواق تجارية ناشئة بدول الساحل ووسط إفريقيا، يعززها مستقبلا مشروع ميناء شرشال التجاري والطريق السيار شمال جنوب. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل والفرص المتاحة للمؤسسات الجزائرية للاستثمار في القارة الإفريقية أو ما تسمى بالقارة السمراء وذلك من خلال تحليل الإحصائيات والأرقام المختلفة، إضافة إلى معرفة الامتيازات التي تمنحها الوكالة الوطنية لترقية التجارة الخارجية في مجال الاستثمار وطرق الحصول عليها، وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن هدف الجزائر هو تنويع الاستثمار بالإضافة إلى دخول أسواق جديدة من أجل جلب العملة الصعبة. Algeria has much potential to invest in the African continent, which is envied by many countries. In investing these resources, Algeria can get out of its crisis with a little effort and at the lowest prices. It also guarantees minimum financial losses Investing in the African continent and expanding it through the launch of emerging markets in the Sahel and Central Africa, which will be strengthened by the future of the commercial port of Cherchal and the North-South highway. The objective of this study is to identify the factors and opportunities available to Algerian enterprises to invest in the African continent or the so-called Black continent through analyzing the various statistics and figures, in addition to knowing the advantages granted by the National Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Trade in the field of investment and ways of obtaining them. Algeria is diversifying its investment as well as entering new markets to bring in hard currency.
