مدى استخدام بعد العمليات الداخلية لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أداء المصارف الجزائرية - دراسة حالة بعض وكالات بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية لولاية المدية-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام بعد العمليات الداخلية لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أداء المصارف الجزائرية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم استبانة وفق مقياس ليكارت الخماسي. وبعد إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة، أظهرت النتائج أنه يوجد تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام بعد العمليات الداخلية لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن في عملية تقييم أداء المصارف الجزائرية، كما كشفت الدراسة أنَّ الوكالات محل الدراسة تستخدم بعد العمليات الداخلية بدرجة متوسطة. The aim of this study is to identify the extent of the use of the internal operations dimension of Balanced Scorecard in evaluating the performance of Algerian banks. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed according to the Likart five-way scale. Upon completing the required statistical processing, the results has showed that, there is a statistically significant effect on the use of internal operations dimension of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance evaluation process of the Algerian banks. The study also reveals that the agencies under study use the internal operations dimension with a moderate degree.
