Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى طرح إشكالية التربية والتعليم الرسمي في الجزائر، لمعالجة هذا الموضوع سنتعرض إلى العوامل التي أثرت في بناء النظام التربوي التعليمي، وتعددت هذه الأخيرة، فمنها ما يرتبط بعوامل تاريخية و أخرى ذات أبعاد دولية، و من الضروري مراجعة المسار التاريخي للتربية و التعليم اللذان ساهما في تركيب و تشكيل و هيكلة النظام التربوي ، كما أن الإصلاحات و التعديلات التي عرفها النظام التربوي من حين لأخر، منذ الاستقلال حتى اليوم تعد كمحاولات لمواكبة التغير الذي يعيشه العالم في مجال التعليم ،وفي نهاية المقال نثير إشكالية غياب الفلسفة التربوية في بناء قواعد التعليم الرسمي بالجزائر.
