Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير تسويق خدمات البريد على الصورة المدركة لزبائن مؤسسة بريد الجزائر وشملت الدراسة عينة من زبائن مؤسسة بريد الجزائر ببلدية إقلى ولاية بشار، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية متكونة من 100 فرد، وتم الاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي spss في تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها، وكانت أهم نتيجة أن هنالك أثر معنوي لتسويق خدمات بريد الجزائر على الصورة المدركة للمؤسسة لدى زبائنها. This study aims to determine the impact of marketing mail services On the perceived image of the customers of Algeria post. This study included sample of customers of Algeria post municipality Igli, state Bechar, where, was selected a random sample of 100 individuals, was relied on statistical program spss in the dump data and analyzed, the most important result was there is a significant impact on the marketing of the Algerian postal services on the perceived image for the institution to their customers.
