Résumé: The current study aimed to know the relationship between strategies for coping with psychological stress and the degree of psychosomatic disorders among primary school teachers, and what strategies are used by teachers to cope with psychological stress, They have. The study was applied to a sample of 133 teachers who were chosen randomly, The questionnaire was applied to the confrontation strategies of Dr. Wakley Badia 2013, and the Scale of Psychosomatic Disorders of "Cornell", and the descriptive approach was used for its relevance and the nature of the study, and statistical treatment was carried out using the statistical program for the social sciences SPSS20. The results resulted in the following: There is a correlation between the strategies of coping with stress and the degree of psychosomatic disorders among teachers. Elementary school teachers use coping strategies that are highly effective in facing stress. - Psychosomatic disorder prevalent among the sample members: digestive system disorder, followed by the skeletal system, then the heart and blood vessels. The teachers showed a low degree of psychosomatic disturbance. - There are differences in the strategies of "problem solving, effective confrontation in favor of males and emotional confrontation strategy, in favor of females. - There are differences in the strategies of coping with psychological stress among primary school teachers due to professional experience. - There are differences in the degree of psychosomatic disorders among primary school teachers in favor of females. There are differences in the degree of psychosomatic disorders among primary school teachers due to the benefit of a category with" more than 10 years" of professional experience.
