اللغة العربية و حركية التمكين في مجتمعات المعرفة The Arabic Language And The Kinetics Of Empowerment In Knowledge Societies

Résumé: اللغة حاضنة الثقافة و العلوم و المعارف في المجتمعات، وهي جزء من منظومة المعرفة. فقد أضحى السعي لإقامة مجتمعات المعرفة محوريا في كل خطابات التقدم و التنمية المستدامة، فلا سبيل الآن إلى تحقيق تقدم أصيل دون الانتقال إلى مجتمع المعرفة وبما يرتبط بها من جودة عالية في نظم التعليم. و الوعي بالحقوق والمعرفة المستمرّة في النهضة الإنسانيّة هدفان مركزيّان لبناء مجتمع المعرفة. وبحكم أنّ الثورة الرقميّة ومختلف أشكال التكنولوجيات الجديدة المصاحبة لحركة العولمة زعزعت ثوابت عدّة في الاقتصاد والثقافة والسياسة واللغة، وكشفت عن الفجوات الصارخة بين الدول الغنية والدول الفقيرة، وبين الأغنياء والفقراء داخل هذه الدول؛ فإنّ إقامة مجتمعات المعرفة هي التي تفتح الطريق لأنسنة مسار العولمة الشّرطية هنا تحول العربية إلى وعاء للمعرفة بكلّ جوانبها. إنها تسير قوة و ضعفا مع مسارات الحضارة ومع مسارات المعرفة، و لذلك يصح أن نقول أنه لا سبيل إلى مجتمع المعرفة فعال دون لغة فعالة ، لغة تستوعب العلم و تنتجه و تسهّل استخدامه و تدفع إلى الابتكار. Language is the incubator of culture, science and knowledge in societies, and it is part of the knowledge system. The quest to establish knowledge societies has become central to all discourses of progress and sustainable development. There is no way now to achieve genuine progress without moving to the knowledge society and the high quality associated with it in education systems. Awareness of rights and continuous knowledge in the human renaissance are two central goals for building a knowledge society. Given that the digital revolution and the various forms of new technologies accompanying the globalization movement destabilized several constants in the economy, culture, politics and language, and revealed the stark gaps between rich and poor countries, and between the rich and the poor within these countries; The establishment of knowledge societies is what opens the way to humanize the path of globalization.
