الاستغراق الوظيفي ودروره في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر –وكالة سوق اهراس-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاستغراق الوظيفي في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر عمال مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر –وكالة سوق اهراس- من خلال التركيز على الأبعاد الثلاثة للاستغراق الوظيفي (الحماس في العمل، الإخلاص في العمل، الانغماس في العمل )، و من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا لها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد للاستغراق الوظيفي على ابعاد الولاء التنظيمي، عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) و الذي يأكد على أن مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر تولي اهتماما كبيرا لمفهوم الاستغراق الوظيفي لما له من أثر إيجابي على تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي . Abstract: This study aimed at understanding the role of career absorption in strengthening organizational loyalty from the point of view of the workers of the Algerian Telecommunications Establishment - the Souk Ahras Agency - by focusing on the three dimensions of career absorption (enthusiasm at work, fidelity at work, involvement in work). One of our most important results is the existence of a statistically significant impact of career absorption on the promotion of organizational loyalty, at a level that indicates (0.05), which confirms that the Algerian Telecommunications Institution pays great attention to the concept of career absorption because of its positive impact on the promotion of organizational loyalty.
