دور الثقافة التنظيمية في التوجه نحو تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بغرداية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تبيان الدور الذي تلعبه الثقافة التنظيمية في التوجه نحوتطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بغرداية ، ومن اجل الوصول الى هذا الهدف قمنا بأخذ أراء عينة من الاداريين العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع غرداية،واستخدمنا الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع المعلومات اللازمة لهذه الدراسة، ولمعالجة المعلومات قمنا باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية spssومجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها في هذه الدراسة نذكر: - تم اثبات انالثقافة التنظيمية السائدةقوية حسب وهذا يؤكد الفرضية الاولى؛ - هناك توجوه نحو تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة مرتفعة حسب اراء عينة الدراسة، وهو ما يؤكد صحة الفرضية الثانية؛ - هناك علاقة طردية متوسطة بين الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة والتوجه نحوتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية؛ - هناك تأثير طردي ضعيف للثقافة التنظيمية السائدة على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية. - هناك تأثير طردي ضعيف للمعتقدات التنظيمية على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية. - هناك تأثير طردي ضعيف للأعراف التنظيمية على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية. - وفي الأخير تم نفي للفرضية الأخير والتي مفادها وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوقعات التنظيمية وتطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية. study aimed to show the role played by the organizational culture in the trend towards the application of electronic management in the Institution of Communications of Algeria in the Ghardaia branch, and used the questionnaire as a means of collecting the necessary information for this study, and to process the information we used the program of statistical packages spss and a set of statistical methods and one of the most important results reached in this study mention It has been proven that the prevailing organizational culture is strong according to this confirms the first hypothesis; There is a tendency to apply e-management to a high degree according to the opinions of the sample of the study, which confirms the validity of the second hypothesis; There is a moderate correlation between the prevailing organizational culture and the trend towards the application of e-management; There is a weak expulsion effect of the prevailing organizational culture on the application of e-management; There is a weak expulsion effect of regulatory beliefs on the application of e-management; There is a weak expulsion effect of regulatory norms on the application of e-management; - In the end, the latter hypothesis that there was a statistically significant correlation between regulatory expectations and the application of electronic management was denied
