الترجمة الرسمية في الجزائر و تحديات المترجم المحلف

Résumé: تعد الترجمة الرسمية واحدة من أهم المهن المرتبطة بوزارة العدل في الجزائر و لهذا سنت قوانين لتنظيم ممارسة هذه المهنة و مواد لحماية المترجم –الترجمان الرسمي المحلف لهذا سنعالج في بحثنا هذا واقع الترجمة الرسمية في الجزائر ، و سنهتم تحديدا بتنظيم مزاولة هذه المهنة و أهم التحديات التي يواجهها المترجم-الترجمان المحلف .فما هي الترجمة الرسمية المحلفة ؟ و ما هي مهام المترجم-الترجمان ؟ و أين تكمن أهم التحديات التي يواجهها المترجم-الترجمان ؟ و ما هي معايير الجودة في الترجمة . Official translation is one of the most important professions which is related with the Ministry of Justice in Algeria, that’ is why it has enacted laws to regulate the practice of this profession and articles to protect the official translator – interpreter .This research is about the reality of the official translation in Algeria, and we will be specifically interested in the organization of its practice and we will highlight the most important challenges faced by the translator-Interpreter. So what is the official translation ? what are the main translator-interpreter tasks? what are the most important challenges faced by the translator-Interpreter? And how can we define quality standards in the translation.
