مكانة الأمن الغذائي في ظل التنمية الزراعية في الوطن العربي The Status Of Food Security In Light Of Agricultural Development In The Arab World

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص أزمة الغذاء في الوطن العربي واقتراح بعض الحلول لحل هذه الأزمة، بالإضافة إلى معرفة التحديات التي تواجه الزراعة العربية، حيث جاءت خطة الدراسة كما يلي: ماهية الأمن الغذائي أوضاع الأمن الغذائي العربي، التنمية الزراعية استراتيجية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مقومات الأمن الغذائي المتاحة في الوطن العربي غير كافية لتحسينه، خاصة في ظل المشكلات التي يعاني منها قطاع الزراعة وغياب إرادة سياسية قوية، إذ أن السياسات الزراعية العربية لم تحقق الأهداف المسطرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن الغذائي؛ الاكتفاء الذاتي؛ الغذاء؛ الزراعة. Abstract : This study aims to diagnose the food crisis in the Arab word, and propose some solutions to solve this problem, and try to know the challenges facing the word Arab agriculture, so the study plan came as follows: What is food security, Arab food security conditions, agricultural development, a strategy to achieve food security. This study found that the food security elements available in the Arab word are not enough to improve it, especially in light of the problems faced by the agricultural sector and the absence of strong political will; in addition, the Arab agricultural policies did not achieve the objectives outlined.
