سوسيولوجيا الفعل النقابي(التضامن النقابي كفعل اجتماعي)

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحليل مفهوم التضامن النقابي كفعل اجتماعي، تمارسه النقابات المستقلة في الجزائر في الوقت الحالي، والذي يعد نتاج للتعددية النقابية من خلال مواثيقها وقوانينها، حيث نجد أن النقابات المستقلة في الجزائر من كرست هذا المفهوم في الواقع من خلال اتحاد بعضها داخل القطاع الواحد مجسدة معنى التضامن والعلاقات الشبكية لأجل تحقيق متطلباتها والدفاع عن أخرى، وتوجد العديد من النماذج النقابية في ذلك خاصة في قطاع التربية. This article aims to make the analysis of the syndicate solidarity concept as a social act practiced by independent syndicates in Algeria nowadays. It is a product of syndicate multitude through its charters and laws. We find that the independent syndicates in Algeria have devoted this concept in reality by uniting some of them within the same sector incorporating the meaning of solidarity and network relations in order to achieve its requirements and defend others. There are many syndicate models like that, especially in the educational field.
