دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء المورد البشري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية العمومية دراسة عينة من المؤسسات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وأهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء المورد البشري في المؤسسة الاقتصادية العمومية، والوقوف على مختلف متطلبات تطبيقها وكذا مختلف العراقيل والمعوقات التي تقف حائل لتطبيقها، من خلال دراسة إحصائية استقصائية لعينة مكونة من مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية العمومية بولاية البويرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات محل الدراسة مما يساهم في تحسين أداء المورد البشري فيها، مع اقتراح جملة من التوصيات والاقتراحات لتسهيل تطبيقها This study aims to know the importance of Information Technology in improving the performance of the human resource in the public economic enterprise, and to identify the various requirements for its application, as well as the various obstacles that stand in the way of its application, and analyse this through a statistical survey study of a sample of public economic enterprises in the Wilaya of Bouira. The study concluded the need to pay attention to the application of Information Technology in the enterprises under study, which contributes to improving the performance of the human resource in them, with proposing a number of recommendations and suggestions to facilitate their application.
