رأس المال الفكري و أثره على أداء البنوك-دراسة حالة

Résumé: الملخص(بالعربية): هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر رأس المال الفكري على الأداء من خلال إبراز واقع استخدام واهتمام البنوك برأسمالها الفكري، وقد تضمن الإطار النظري متغيرات الدراسة وهي رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاث والأداء، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تناول دراسة العلاقة الارتباطية بين متغيرات الدراسة، وتأثير أبعاد الأصول الفكرية في تحقيق الأداء وذلك باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من العمال. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه يوجد تأثير لمكونات رأس المال الفكري على الأداء، حيث اتضح وجود تأثير معنوي لرأس المال البشري وبشكل ملحوظ على الأداء، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير معنوي لرأس المال الزبوني على الأداء، سواء عند دراسته بشكل منفرد أو حتى عند دراسة مكونات رأس المال الفكري مجتمعة، كما اتضح وجود تأثير لرأس المال الهيكلي على الأداء، إلا أن هذا التأثير لم يكن معنويا عند دراسة تأثير مكونات رأس المال الفكري، وهذا ما يبين أن الاهتمام برأس المال الهيكلي في تحقيق الأداء المتميز هو أقل من الاهتمام بالبعدين الآخرين. ---------------------------------------------- Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : The aim of this study is to detect the impact of intellectual capital on the performance of banks by highlighting the reality of using and attention of banks with their intellectual capital. The theoretical framework has Included the study variables; namely intellectual capital in its three dimensions and performance, applied aspect dealt with the study of the relationship between variables link study and the impact of dimensions of intellectual assets in achieving performance using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from workers. One of the most important findings that there has an effect of components of intellectual capital on performance. So it turns out the moral effect of human capital and remarkably on performance. The results also showed a moral effect of customer capital on performance, both at studied it individually or even when studying intellectual capital components combined, as it turns out having structural capital effect on performance, but this effect was not morally when studying the effect of components of intellectual capital, this shows that attention to structural capital in achieving outstanding performance is less attention to other dimensions.
