تحليل العلاقة الارتباطية بين ممارسات العدالة التنظيمية و الرضا الوظيفي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة الارتباطية بين العدالة التنظيمية و الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة بجامعة ورقلة، وشملت عينة الدراسة 74 أستاذا، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الموضوع كما تم الاعتماد على كل من أداة الاستبيان لملائمته للموضوع، و تم اجراء مقابلة مع بعض الأساتذة لفتح النقاش حول الموضوع، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين العدالة التنظيمية و الرضا الوظيفي،و كذلك أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي كان مرتفعا لدى الأساتذة بينما أخذت العدالة التنظيمية مستوى متوسط،و كما توصلنا أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير الرتبة والخبرة بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير القسم. The objective of this study was to analyze the correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction among the professors of the Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences at the University of Ouargla. The sample of the study included 74 professors. The descriptive approach was used to study the subject (we used the questionnaire and interview tool). The study concluded that there was a strong positive relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The level of job satisfaction was high among professors while organizational justice was average. We also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction due to the variable of rank and experience While there are differences of statistical significance in the job satisfaction attributed to the variable section
