النظام القانوني للوكالة الوطنية في ترقية الاستثمار

Résumé: نص القانون الجديد 16-09 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار على الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار، وحدد مهامها، وهياكلها المحلية، والهدف من إنشاء هذه الوكالة هو الوصول إلى سياسة تحفيزية فعالة وناجحة و تشجيع القطاع الخاص و القطاع المحلي و من أجل ذلك نجد أن الدولة قامت بتنظيم كل الامتيازات والتحفيزات الممنوحة للمستثمرين، وخصصت لها هذا الجهاز أو الهيكل من أجل تسهيل عملية اقتناء المشاريع ومنح الامتيازات ، وتمارس هذه الوكالة مجموعة من المهام من بينها مهمة ترقية الاستثمار ومهمة إعلامية وغيرها من المهام. The aim of this agency Is to achieve a policy of motivation effective and successful and encourage the private sector .therefore we find that a state that has organized all privileges and incentives granted to investors and allocated this device or structure to facilitate the process of acquisition of projects and the granting of concessions and the agency is engaged in a range of function including the promotion of investment and the task of media and other tasks.
