التدهور البيئي والنزاعات الإثنية

Résumé: الملخص: تسعي هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التدهور البيئي والنزاعات الإثنية، محاولة إبراز وضع الهجرة الناجمة عن هذا التدهور وما يترتب عنها من تنافس على الموارد الطبيعية التي تؤدي في الغالب إلى إثارة النزاعات داخل الدول خاصة متعددة الإثنيات، التي تشهد تدهورا بيئيا يدفع بسكان المناطق التي يمسها هذا التدهور إلى الهجرة إلى مناطق أخرى والتنافس على الموارد الطبيعية، والذي يصل في بعض الأحيان إلى درجة الإقتتال بين من يسعون إلى الحصول على هذه الموارد المتواجدة في الأقاليم المهاجر إليها ومن يدافعون عنها، بإعتبار أنها تقع في أقاليمهم ولهم وحدهم وللأجيال القادمة في تلك المنطقة حق إستغلالها، وتعد القارة الافريقية من أكثر القارات التي تشهد هذا النوع من النزاعات وهو ما نحاول التطرق إليه من خلال توظيف كل من إسهامات مدرسة تورنتو والمقاربة الإثنو واقعية. Abstract: This study aims to analyse the relationship between environmental degradation and ethnical conflicts. It tries to highlight the status of migration resulted from this degradation, as well as, the competition over natural resources. Such competition usually trigger conflicts in many countries, especially that with multiple ethnicities which also witnessing an environmental degradation. This leads the inhabitants to compete over rare resources, and sometimes reaching the point of fighting. The competition occurs between those who seek to exploit the resources available in the target territories and those who defend these resources, since they are located in their territories. Moreover, the study will examine what has happened and what is still taking place in the African continent, using contributions from the Toronto school and the ethno-realistic approach.
