Résumé: الملخص: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير أخلاقيات العمل على كفاءة أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الرياضية من منظور اجتماعي وأخلاقي، مع التركيز على دور التكوين والتقويم. وقد أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من العناصر الفعالة في تعزيز الأداء المؤسسي وتقييمه، مشددة على أهمية القيم الاجتماعية في دعم التقدم وتطوير الجانب الأخلاقي للمتعلم. توصي الدراسة بدمج أخلاقيات العمل كجزء أساسي من برامج التكوين، وتفعيل آليات التقويم المستمر لتعزيز جودة الأداء، بالإضافة إلى نشر ثقافة الالتزام والمسؤولية لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي. الكلمات المفتاحية : قيم العمل ، اخلاقيات العمل ، الاداء الوظيفي ، المؤسسات الرياضية ABSTRACT This study aimed to explore the impact of work ethics on the performance efficiency of human resources in sports institutions from a social and ethical perspective, focusing on the role of training and evaluation. The study highlighted several effective elements in improving and assessing institutional performance, emphasizing the importance of social values in promoting progress and enhancing the ethical aspect of learners. The study recommends integrating work ethics as a core part of training programs, activating continuous evaluation mechanisms to enhance performance quality, and promoting a culture of commitment and responsibility to achieve institutional excellence.
