Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الوقوف على العقبات والأسباب التي تقف حاجزا أمام تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني على القضية الفلسطينية وإدانة الكيان الصهيوني لانتهاكه هذه القواعد الدولية، كما توضح الدراسة الدور الذي يقوم به القانون الدولي الإنساني في احاطة الانسان بالحماية الدولية للمدنيين اثناء الحروب ، وقد ركزنا في دراستنا على الأراضي الفلسطينية. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة أساسية بأن سلطات الاحتلال قد نجحت من خلال الدعم الأمريكي في الأمم المتحدة من خلال مجلس الامن رفض القرارات التي تدينها باستخدام حق النقض (الفيتو)، مما ساعدها على شن الكثير من الحروب على الشعب الفلسطيني. . كلمات مفتاحية: الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية، تهويد القدس، القانون الدولي الانساني، المنظمات الدولية في فلسطين. Abstract: This study aims to try to identify the obstacles and reasons that stand in the way of applying international humanitarian law to the Palestinian cause and condemning the Zionist entity for violating these international rules. The study also explains the role played by international humanitarian law in surrounding people with international protection for civilians during wars. In our study, we focused on the Palestinian territories. The study reached a basic conclusion that the occupation authorities have succeeded through the American support In the United Nations through the Security Council rejected resolutions condemning it by using the right of (veto), which helped it wage many wars against the Palestinian people.
