تطوير الكفاءات البشرية في المؤسسة الجزائرية عن طريق إدارة المعرفة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى تأثير تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة على تطوير الكفاءات البشرية في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر من وجهة نظر العاملين في المديرية العملية أدرار، فقد تم وضع نموذج للدراسة يأخذ بعين الاعتبار العلاقة الموجودة بين المتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في عمليات إدارة المعرفة (تخزين المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة )، والمتغير التابع المتمثل في تطوير الكفاءات البشرية والتي تشمل أساليب تطويرها (الإستقطاب، التدريب، التحفيز)، قمنا بإجراء مسح ميداني على مستوى المديرية، وقد تم إستخدام أداتي المقابلة والاستبيان والقيام بالمعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss لتحليل الظاهرة، وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة إيجابية بين المتغيرين، وإستنتاجات وإقتراح توصيات لتعزيز عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تطوير الكفاءات البشرية بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر ـ المديرية العملية لولاية أدرارـ The objective of this study is to examine the extent to which the application of knowledge management processes has affected the development of human competencies in the Algerian Telecom Corporation.
