تطبيق معايير البرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية -دراسة ميدانية- Applying Educational Programs Standards For The Gifted And Talented From The Point Of View Of Primary School Teachers -a Field Study-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مستوى تطبيق معايير البرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية وذلك من خلال التعرف على مستوى تطبيق معيار التخطيط والتنظيم للبرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، التعرف على مستوى تطبيق معيار المنهاج والتعليم للبرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، التعرف على مستوى تطبيق معيار التنمية المهنية للبرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، التعرف على مستوى تطبيق معيار العلاقات وبيئة الإبداع للبرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، التعرف على مستوى تطبيق معيار التقويم و التحسين المستمر للبرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة مكونة من(30) معلما،إذ تم تطبيق استبيان مكون من خمسة أبعاد يحوي كل منهم على 10 بنود وكانت النتيجة مستوى تطبيق معايير البرامج التربوية للموهوبين والمتفوقين (التخطيط و التنظيم، المنهاج و التعليم، التنمية المهنية، العلاقات وبيئة الإبداع، التقويم والتحسين المستمر) من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية متوسط. The current study aimed to identify the level of application of educational programs standards for the gifted and talented from the point of view of primary school teachers by identifying the level of application of the planning and organizing standard for educational programs for the gifted and talented from the point of view of primary school teachers, to identify the level of application of the curriculum and education standard for educational programs for the gifted and talented From the point of view of primary school teachers, to identify the level of application of the professional development standard for educational programs for the gifted and talented from the point of view of primary school teachers, to identify the level of application of the standard of relations and the creativity environment for educational programs for the gifted and talented from the point of view of primary school teachersTo identify the level of application of the standard of evaluation and continuous improvement of educational programs for the gifted and talented from the point of view of primary school teachers, using the descriptive analytical approach, on a sample of (30) teachers, as a questionnaire consisting of five dimensions was applied, each of them contains 10 items. Result: The level of application of standards of educational programs for the gifted and talented (planning and organization, curriculum and education, professional development, relationships and innovation environment, continuous evaluation and improvement) from the viewpoint of primary school teachers.
