أثر رأس المال البشري على الكفاءة التشغيلية للـتأمين التكافلي دراسة تطبيقية لشركة العامة للتأمينات المتوسطية - ولايات الشرق نموذجا -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مكونات رأس المال البشري وأثرها على كفاءة تشغيل التأمين التكافلي. ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك قام الباحث باختيار أفراد الدراسة من عملاء التأمين التكافلي لشركة العامة للتأمينات المتوسطية لولايات الشرق الجزائري، وكان عددهم 220 عميلا، وزعت عليهم استمارة وتم التحق من صدقها وثباتها، وتم إدخال البيانات إلى الحاسب الآلي ومعالجتها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن هناك علاقة ارتباط وتأثیر إحصائیة موجبة ومرتفعة بین مكونات رأس المال البشري وبين كفاءة تشغيل التأمين التكافلي في الشركة محل الدراسة؛ وبناءا على نتائج البحث تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصیات الهادفة إلى زيادة مساهمة رأس البشري في تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية للتأمين التكافلي بالشركة محل الدراسة، أهمها تبني برامج تدريبية لتطوير مهارات العاملين في مجال التأمين التكافلي ومتضمنة الضوابط الشرعية لهذا النوع من التأمينات، بما يساهم في توفير درجة عالية من المصداقية والثقة لدى الزبائن. The study aimed to identify the components of human capital and its impact on the efficiency of operating takaful insurance. In order to achieve this, the researcher chose the study members from the Takaful Insurance agents of the General Mediterranean Insurance Company for the states of East Algerian, and they numbered 220 customers, distributed to them a form and joined their sincerity and stability, and the data was entered into the computer and processed using the SPSS statistical program, and the study reached to Many of the results are the most important: There is a relationship of association and positive and high statistical impact between the components of human capital and the efficiency of operating takaful insurance in the company under study; Based on the results of the research, a set of recommendations aimed at increasing the contribution of Al -Bishri's head of enhancing the operational efficiency of the takaful insurance in the company under study, the most important of which is the adoption of training programs to develop the skills of workers in the field of takaful insurance and includes the legal controls for this type of insurance, in a way that contributes to providing a high degree Of credibility and confidence in customers.Keywords: human capital, knowledge, skill, Ability, Takaful insurance.
