Monetary And Banking Council Under Law 23/09
Résumé: The Monetary and Banking Council is a supervisory body and financial regulator that manages the banking and monetary system of the State. Law 23/09, containing the Monetary and Banking Act, which abolished the monetary and loan law, This replaces the Monetary and Loan Council in a trial by Algerian legislators to strengthen the financial system and ensure the stability of the banking and monetary system, however, the study revealed that the updated council still needs more autonomy to reach the required performance in the conduct of the monetary and banking sector.
