التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية وأثره على أداء المورد البشري

Résumé: : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية وأثره على أداء العاملين في مؤسسة سوناطراك، وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي وتم استخدام الإستبيان وعدة أدوات إحصائية، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها أن التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية يؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على أداء العاملين، خاصة وأن مختلف ممارسات الموارد البشرية كالتوظيف، التكوين والمسار المهني تعتمد بقوة على مخرجات هذه العملية من اجل تحديد نقاط القوة والقصور وتحقيق التكامل فيما بينها، ويعتبر التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية جزءا من الإسترايتيجة العامة للمؤسسة التي تسعى لكسب كفاءات عالية تقوم بعملها على أكمل وجه،وأن لبعض مخرجات عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد البشرية تأثير على بعض من ممارسات الموارد البشرية ما أثر بدوره على كفاءة العاملين في أداء عملهم. This study aimed to discover the reality of strategic human resources planning and its impact on the performance of Sonatrach employees, The analytical method was used, a questionnaire and several statistical tools were used. The study produced several results, the most important of which is: Strategic human resources planning greatly influences employee performance, especially since the various human resources practices such as recruitment, training and professional career development depend heavily on the results of this process in order to '' identify strengths and gaps and achieve integration between them. Strategic human resources planning is part of the overall strategy of the organization that seeks to acquire high skills that do its job to the fullest, and that certain outputs of the strategic human resources planning process have an impact on some of the practices in human resources, which in turn affected the efficiency of workers in carrying out their tasks.
