Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الخدماتالصحية المقدمة إلى طالبي هذا النوع من الخدمات، من خلال تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في المؤسستينالاستشفائيتين لولاية الوادي،حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة الموضوع، من خلال دراسة ميدانية بالاعتماد على الاستبيان لتقييم جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى بالمؤسستين الاستشفائيتين، بتحكيم معايير جودة الخدمات الصحية المتمثلة في معايير: الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، الأمان، الملموسية، التعاطف. وتوصلنا إلى تحقيق المؤسستين مستويات جد مقبولة لجودة الخدمات الصحية لمختلف المعايير، غير أننا سجلنا في احد المعايير نقص في مستويات تقديم بعض الخدمات، كما خضعت بعض المعايير لتأثير العوامل الديموغرافية والاجتماعية في خدماتها الصحية، وغياب الفروق في الجودة بالنظر لتغير المؤسسة. This study aims to find out the level of health services provided to applicants for this type of service, by assessing the quality of health services provided by the two hospital institutions of The State of OUED SOUF We used the descriptive analytical approach to the subject, through a questionnaire-based field study to assess the quality of services provided to patients in the two hospital institutions, By judging the quality standards of health services: reliability, response, safety, concreteness, empathy we have achieved very acceptable levels of quality of health services to various standards, but in one standard we have recorded a lack of levels of provision of certain services, some standards have been subject to the influence of demographic and social factors in their health services, and the absence of differences in quality due to the change of the institution
