ملاحظات حول الحماية القانونية للمرأة العاملة في الجزائر Notes On The Legal Protection Of Working Women In Algeria

Résumé: صادقت الجزائر على عدة اتفاقيات متعلقة بالمرأة العاملة وسنت العديد من النصوص القانونية لغرض حمايتها. وبالتالي فإن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة مدى تضمين بنود الاتفاقيات المصادق عليها في النصوص الداخلية واستكشاف نقاط القوة والضعف في النصوص الحمائية للمرأة العاملة للتوصل إلى أن التشريع الجزائري يسير نحو تحسين ظروف المرأة العاملة وتطوير حمايتها لاسيما الحماية الدستورية ولكن على وتيرة بطيئة. Abstract: Algeria has ratified several agreements concerning working women and enacted several legal texts for the purpose of protecting them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to know the extent to which the terms of the ratified agreements are applied in the internal texts, and to explore the strengths and weaknesses of texts that protect working women. To ensure that Algerian legislation improves the conditions of working women and develops their protection, especially constitutional protectionBut slowly.
