حماية الأسرة من العنف الموجه ضد المرأة

Résumé: ملخص: يكفل للأسرة الحماية القانونية وتوفر لجميع أعضائها الأمن والاستقرار والاحترام والعيش في بيئة تساعد الأسرة لتكون النواة الطبيعية الصالحة للمجتمع، حيث يعتبر العنف ضد المرأة معقَّد ومتنوع في مظاهره. وله تأثير سلبي كبير على المدى البعيد من تفكك وتشرد الأطفال، اذا من الضروري توجيه كافة التخصصات والمنظورات لوضع اليات للحد من تلك المشكلة قبل أن تصبح ظاهرة في المجتمع. Abstract: It guarantees the family legal protection and provides all its members with security, stability, respect and living in an environment that helps the family to be the natural and good nucleus of society, where violence against women is complex and varied in its manifestations. And it has a significant impact on the long term, so it is necessary to direct all disciplines and perspectives to develop mechanisms to reduce this problem before it becomes a phenomenon in society.
