Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على مجموع القواعد الإجرائية المكرسة في حماية البيئة من أضرار ومخاطر التلوث على ضوء القانون الجزائي، كما تهدف إلى توضيح مدى فعالية وكفاية هذه القواعد في حماية البيئة من التلوث. وقد سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى وضع نظام قانوني متكامل من أجل حماية البيئة م خلال تفعيل دور جهاز الضبطية القضائية في معاينة ومكافحة الجريمة البيئية تمهيدا لتحريك الدعوى العمومية ومباشرتها من قبل الجهات القضائية المختصة إضافة إلى جمعيات حماية البيئة. The purpose of this study is to highlight the whole range of procedural rules established in the protection of the environment against pollution damage and risks in the light of the Penal Code and to clarify the effectiveness and adequacy of these rules in protecting the environment from pollution. The Algerian legislature has sought to establish an integrated legal system for the protection of the environment. The role of the Judicial Police Body in monitoring and combating environmental crime has been strengthened in order to ensure that public proceedings are initiated and initiated by the competent judicial authorities and environmental protection associations.
