قياس اثر إصلاحات هياكل الإدارة الجبائية على جودة الخدمة العمومية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى تحسين و تطوير الجودة في الخدمة العمومية المقدمة من طرف الإدارة الجبائية بعد الإصلاحات التي مست هياكلها ،حيث قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على مستوى الإدارة الجبائية لولاية سعيدة، وذلك بتوجيه استبيان يتكون من خمس فقرات تشمل عناصر و مبادئ الجودة إلى عينة من المكلفين بالضريبة ،وقد أفضت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج منها أن هياكل الإدارة الجبائية الجديدة ساهمت في تطوير و تحسين الخدمة العمومية المقدمة للمكلفين . The objective of this study is to determine the extent of quality improvement and developement in the public service provided by the fiscal administration after the reforms that have been implemented within its institutions. A field study has been conducted at the level of Fiscal administration in the Wilaya of Saida ; by directing a questionnaire consisting of five paragraphs including elements and principles of quality, To a sample of taxpayers, and this study led to a number of results, which some of them show that the structures of the new fiscal administration contributed to the development and improvement of public service provided to the taxpayers.
