تعليق على المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 21- 139 المؤرخ في 12 ابريل سنة 2021 المتعلق بالمرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني

Résumé: جاء التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 بمكسب جديد للمجتمع المدني و هو " المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني "، الذي حدد مهامه و تشكيلته و سيره و تنظيمه المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 21- 139 المؤرخ في 12 ابريل سنة 2021. المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني هيئة استشارية لدى رئيس الجمهورية فهو إطار للحوار و التشاور و الاقتراح في كل المسائل المتعلقة بالمجتمع المدني. سيساهم المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني في تفعيل دور المجتمع المدني و ترقية القيم الوطنية و الممارسة الديمقراطية و المواطنة، كما سيشارك المرصد الوطني في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الوطنية. The 2020 constitutional amendment brought a new gain to civil society, "The National Civil Society Observatory ".The functions, composition and functioning of the Observatory were regulated by Presidential Decree No. 21-139 of 12 April 2021. The National Civil Society Observatory is an advisory body to the President of the Republic, which is a framework for dialogue, consultation and proposal in all matters relating to civil society. The National Civil Society Observatory will contribute to activating the role of civil society and promoting national values, democratic practice and citizenship. The National Observatory will also participate in the achievement of national development objectives.
