قياس جودة الخدمات المصرفية-دراسة ميدانية مقارنةبين البنك الخارجي الجزائري وبنك البركة الجزائري

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس جودة الخدمات المصرفية ،ومقارنة جودة الخدمة المصرفية بين بنك البركة الجزائري وبنك الخارجي الجزائري واستخدمت الدراسة ستة معايير(المظهر العام للبنك والعاملين والأجهزة الاعتمادية ، الاستجابة ، الأمان ، التعاطف ، نوعية وجودة الخدمات)لقياس جودة الخدمات المصرفية تشمل كافة جوانب قياس الخدمات المصرفية بالبنوك توصلت الدراسة إلى أن جودة الخدمات المصرفية في بنك البركة الجزائري وبنك الخارجي الجزائري جيدة وفق نتائج جميع فقرات المعايير إلا أن هناك تفاوت بسيط فيما بينها ، وبشكل عام إن جودة الخدمات المصرفية في بنك البركة الجزائري أفضل من بنك الخارجي الجزائري.The study aimed at measuring the quality of banking services, and comparing the quality of banking service between Al Baraka Bank of Algeria and The Algerian External Bank and the study used six criteria (the general appearance of the bank, employees and reliability devices, response, safety, sympathy, quality and quality of services) to measure the quality and quality of banking services covering all aspects of the measurement of banking services in banks the study found that the quality of banking services in The Bank of Algeria and The Foreign Bank of Algeria is good according to the results of all paragraphs of the standards, but there is a slight disparity between them, and in general The quality of banking services at The Algerian Bank baraka is better than that of the Algerian Foreign Bank.
