دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة

Résumé: عبر هذا المقال نتعرض لأهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها في ادارة الجودة الشاملة، وذلك من خلال ما تمدّه هذه التكنولوجيا من معلومات دقيقة،صحيحة و متاحة في الوقت المناسب. إن نجاح ادارة الجودة الشاملة يعتمد على استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في ظل نظام معلومات فعّال يزوّد الادارة بالمعلومات الدقيقة الخاصة بحاجات المستهلك و رغباته و كذا بالمنافسة، فاذا ما تمّ تخطيط و تنفيذ تكنولوجيا المعلومات بطريقة سليمة فإنّها تدعّم بصورة كبيرة التطبيق الناجح لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في المنظمة. الكلمات الدالة: الجودة الشاملة،نظام المعلومات،المعلومات ، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الجودة. Summary: This article deals with the role of Information technology in the total quality management, taking into consideration the importance of this technology which provides to the administrations the right information at the right time in order to be able to take fair and effective decisions. The success of any total quality management system depends mainly on the proper use of the Information technology as a part of a well-organized information system which make available to the administrations all necessary information about competitors and consumers needs. That said, the appropriate planning and the accurate execution of the information technology would help and sustain a successful implementation of the total quality system within the organizations.
