Résumé: This field study was conducted at Sonatrach Hassi Messaoud's Regional Directorate of Production to investigate the impact of electronic management on employee outstanding performance. The study sought to investigate the impact of electronic management in its various aspects (hardware, software, databases, networks, and human resources) on obtaining outstanding employee performance at Sonatrach's "Irara" base in Hassi Messaoud. To meet the study's goals, a descriptive analytical method was used. An electronic questionnaire was created as a method for collecting primary data on the study variables, and it was distributed to a simple random sample of 347 employees from all categories.The questionnaire data were evaluated using the statistical software Excel and SPSS version 27, with arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The study discovered numerous noteworthy findings, including a high level of e-management deployment at the Irara base and great personnel performance. The findings also revealed a statistically significant impact of electronic management on the exceptional performance of personnel at the Irara facility. The study also discovered that there were no statistically significant variations in evaluating the level of outstanding performance of employees at the study institution based on personal and functional criteria. The study concluded by making numerous recommendations and ideas targeted at developing a distinctive organisational culture in the study institution in order to improve employees' abilities to deal with technology problems and keep up with rapid changes in the field of electronic management.
