Résumé: The developments in the business environment has created a wide scope for competition and caused many problems, this is what business organizations to keep abreast of these developments and solve problems creatively, so it has become imperative for the Organizations attention administrative innovation through the creation of an appropriate organizational culture in support of creativity and development. This study aimed to identify the level of organizational culture and creativity in the Climatec Boulanaache foundation industrial cooling, as well as the impact of organizational culture and creativity of the staff. This study reached to several of the most important results: the level of the organizational culture and the level of administrative innovation in the enterprise Climatec Boulanaache industrial cooling both came to a high degree, and to indicate the presence of a statistically significant effect of organizational culture on the creativity of the workers when the level of significance of 0.05. The study concluded a set of proposals was the most important, is the need to encourage workers and senior management support of new ideas by employees, in addition to that he must show their creativity in the face of problem solving and prediction, and put forward new ideas to help the organization to keep pace with developments in the business environment.
