دور تكنلوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية بمؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس – مغنية- ، وذلك من خلال التعرف على مدى توفر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسة ومدى تطبيقها لهذه التكنولوجيا ، ودراسة دورها في تحسين الأداء في المؤسسة. ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد الاستبيان وتوزيعه على الموظفين الإداريين بمؤسسة تافنة، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها باستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة ، وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس تطبق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها المختلفة، وانه يوجد مستوى جيد للأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما انه يوجد اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والأداء الوظيفي، وكذلك وجود علاقة قوية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس. Abstract: The study aims to demonstrate the role of data and communication technology in improving the performance of the economic institution in the Tafna garment Industry Corporation – Maghnia - by identifying the availability of information technology in the institution and the extent of its application of this technology, and studying its role in improving performance in the institution. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the administrative staff of the Tafna Corporation, and after collecting the data, it was analyzed using a number of appropriate statistics, with the help of the SPSS Statistical Package Program. There is a good level of job performance for the workers in the institution under study, and there is a statistically significant effect between the use of information and communication technology and job performance, and there is a strong relationship between information and communication technology and job performance in the organization, which is very favorable to the garment industry. Résumé : L'étude vise à démontrer le rôle des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans l'amélioration des performances de l'institution économique de la Tafna Germent Industry Corporation – Maghnia - en identifiant la disponibilité des technologies de l'information dans l'institution et l'étendue de son application de cette technologie, et étudier son rôle dans l'amélioration des performances de l'établissement. Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, un questionnaire a été préparé et distribué au personnel administratif de la Tafna Corporation, et après avoir collecté les données, il a été analysé à l'aide d'un certain nombre de statistiques appropriées, avec l'aide du programme de paquet statistique SPSS. Il y a un bon niveau de performance professionnelle pour les travailleurs de l'institution étudiée, et il y a un effet statistiquement significatif entre l'utilisation des technologies de l'information et de la communication et la performance professionnelle, et il existe une relation étroite entre les technologies de l'information et de la communication et la performance professionnelle. Dans l'organisation, ce qui est très favorable à l'industrie du vêtement.
