دور التدريب في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة:دراسة حالة مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس بمغنية

Résumé: المـــلخــــــــــــــــــــــــص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التدريب في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة، حيث تم اسقاط الجانب التطبيقي على مؤسسة تافنة بمغنية، ولجمع المعطيات والبيانات اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في هذه الدراسة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، حيث تم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان داخل المؤسسة على عينة مقدارها 35 عامل، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss وبرنامج معالج الجداول Excel ، واختبار الفرضيات بأساليب تحليل الانحدار والارتباط لإثبات وجود علاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: أن التدريب هدفه إزالة جوانب الضعف والقصور في أداء العاملين ويساعد على تحسين الانضباط والسلوك بدرجة كبيرة، إذ يمثل الدعامة الأساسية في تطوير وترشيد أداء القوى العاملة. The summary : This study aims to identify the role of training in improving the performance of workers in the institution, where the applied side was dropped on tafna institution in maghnia, and to collect data we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in this study, and to achieve this goal the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, where a form was distributed The questionnaire inside the organization on a sample of 35 workers. After analyzing the data using the spss program and the Excel table processor program, and testing the hypotheses with regression and correlation analysis methods to prove the existence of a relationship between the study variables, we reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that the training aims to eliminate weaknesses in the performance of workers and helps to improve discipline and behavior significantly, as It is the mainstay in developing and rationalizing workforce performance.
