دور انخراط المؤسسات الفندقية في مخطط جودة السياحة الجزائر في تحسين جودة الخدمة الفندقية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور انخراط المؤسسات الفندقية الجزائرية في مخطط جودة السياحة في تحسين جودة خدماتها والحصول على علامة جودة السياحة الجزائر. حيث تمّ التطرق إلى ماهية مخطط جودة السياحة الجزائر الذي يعد من أبرز محاور استراتيجية التنمية السياحية الجزائرية في أفق 2025، كما تم عرض وتحليل احصائيات انخراط المؤسسات الفندقية الجزائرية في مخطط جودة السياحة الجزائر منذ سنة 2017 إلى غاية سنة 2022. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن انخراط المؤسسات الفندقية في مخطط الجودة يسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين جودة خدماتها، وهو ما يؤدي إلى تعزيز الثقة لدى الزوار وزيادة التفاعل الإيجابي مع الوجهات السياحية في البلاد. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of the Algerian hotel establishments’ engagement in the Tourism Quality Scheme in improving the quality of their services and obtaining the Algerian Tourism Quality label. The study addressed the nature of the Algerian Tourism Quality Scheme, which is one of the main strategic axes of Algerian tourism development by 2025. Additionally, it presented and analyzed the statistics of Algerian hotel establishment’ engagement in the Tourism Quality Scheme from 2017 to 2022. The results of the study showed that the engagement of hotel establishments in the quality scheme contributes significantly to improving the quality of their services, leading to enhanced trust among visitors and increased positive interaction with tourist destinations in the country.
